Our management system is certified according to the Food Safety Certification FSSC 2200. This is a specialized certification scheme recognised worldwide concerning food safety. This conforms to the requirements of ISO 22000. ISO 22002-4 and the additional FSSC 22000.

By use of the most modern measuring instruments and our own examination laboratories we are able to guarantee the observance of all legal procedures with regard to product safety for the primary packaging of food. External auditors check our risk and management system annually.

Supply management

Our suppliers must be able to produce certification DIN ISO 9001, or a similar internationally recognised standard for supply. These standards and our own procedures are checked by regular and specific supply audits.

Tests are made on delivery of products and materials and checked by use of an eximination plan tailer-made for each product. These are kept as retain samples for 2 years.

  • Tool shop
    as a foundation

    From the idea to the sample and finally to the construction - our well trained staff in the tool shop produce apposite tools to guarantee quality and product safety.
  • Final

    Using HACCP standards, before shipment each consignment is checked regarding packaging units and means of transport. This therefore guarantees our hygiene standards.
  • Process surveillance

    All essentail quality criteria is monitored by automatic controls during production. Thus possible deviations are detected straight away and can be stopped immediately.
  • Our product

    Quality comes in a lot of different forms. But what really counts is reliability. The product must fully meet the requirements. This is the proviso to which we adhere and on which our customers can rely.
